FAQ

How long the shooting takes?

For photos we always close 1 hour windows from the time the shoot is requested, for photos and matterport services is usually 2 hours depending on the size of the property.

Where are you based and do you travel?

We are based in Washington DC and we do travel as we understand there are a lot of Real Estate markets that are within our area and the 3 states of the Washington Metropolitan Area. (Fees Apply based on distance)

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 24 hours. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

How many pictures will we receive?

We offer unlimited photos as some properties tend to fall short in marketing media due to its size, our pricing is based on square footage so our clients can get a full gallery of every aspect of their listing.
